DEER VALLEY is the area of Phoenix in which we are located and is our area of immediate spiritual concern. However, our ministry is also world wide as we participate in the spread of the Gospel of Jesus Christ through offerings and prayers.
EVANGELICAL-We are an Evangelical church meaning our church or church body emphasizes the teaching and the authority of the gospel in truth and purity.
LUTHERAN-We are Lutheran Christians who look for God where he himself, has promised always to be found: in His Word and Sacraments. It is through these Means of Grace that God really does come to people with His love, forgiveness, peace and power.
CHURCH-as a people we gather around God's Word and Sacrament's to receive and share the blessings God gives through them. This makes us a church, which has a place in it for you! Deer Valley Lutheran Church is a member of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS)
